Hi, I'm Catherine!

I’m the Listing Coordinator at Terra Firma Realty. My primary role is to assist our listing partners in showcasing your beautiful homes and properties. I’m thrilled to be a part of the listing process. It is my goal to position your properties in the best possible position. I bring unique knowledge to the team as well. I’m also a licensed appraiser. As the Listing Coordinator, I have the best of both worlds. I can pursue my passion for Real Estate as well as my passion for assessing properties. 

A little about myself, I was born and raised in Southern Wisconsin. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, upon my graduation I pursued a career in the health field. However, during this time I discovered a love for the housing market. It was at this time my journey took me down the path of becoming a licensed appraiser. My time spent as an appraiser led me to discover my passion for real estate.

As I crafted my skill as a licensed appraiser it allowed me to delve deeper into the intricacies of property valuation and sparked my interest in the listing side of Real Estate. Now, as a part of Terra Firma Realty, I’m excited to get the opportunity to learn more about the listing side and help guide our agents in positioning your properties to best advantage. 

Outside of working directly with the Listing Partners, I will also do all the marketing for your property. This includes writing the remarks, ordering photos, creating the media assets, posting your property on social media, keeping you up-to-date on your property feedback, and more.  

When I'm not busy in the office, you'll often find me enjoying quality time with friends and family, staying active with workouts, and exploring different restaurants here in Madison.
