The “Perfect Week” scheduler gives clarity by organizing all the activities into what the ideal week should look like. It helps to prioritize each day including those personal and family events you just can’t miss. This is an evolving tool that helps keep you focused on the most productive tasks.
Terra Firma Realty - Mike Coke Team uses a CRM to help manage and capture leads. The CRM tool helps keep you on track with who to follow up with, email, and appointment setting. There are about 400-450 new leads per month. The CRM we use is also integrated with the client management software. Once agents have started a workflow with a client, from the CRM, it automatically syncs to the client management software. This provides a seamless transition to our Client Care Coordinators (CCC) who can now complete the closing process for our agents.

There is a complete support team that consists of an Operations Manager, Client Care Coordinators, Marketing Coordinators, and Listing Assistants. The support staff is dedicated to keeping your transactions running smoothly and helping you be successful in your own business.
