Community

Terra Firma Realty is a real estate firm in DeForest, Wisconsin with well-established community roots. Mike and Anne, the owners, have lived most of their adult life in the area and raised their children in the DeForest community as well. Their strong community ties make them passionate about supporting the community.

Giving Back

Giving back to the community is important to the team and we do as much as possible to support our local communities. Each year we participate in and host multiple community events, which include Easter Baskets for the DeForest/Windsor Egg Scramble, sponsor for the Harvest Hustle, music sponsor for the Dragon Art Fair, sponsor for the DeForest community Holiday Tree Lighting, hosted our 5th annual Community Shred Event, and participated in the DeForest Trunk or Treat. To round out the year we ran our annual campaign to collect toys for Toys for Tots and our annual food drive.

Chamber Memberships and Local Impacts

Terra Firma Realty proudly supports the DeForest/ Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce, Lodi Chamber of Commerce, and Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. Mike Coke is also a board member for PACRS, a non-profit organization focused on improving water quality. He is also a Co-Founder of the Blue Water Business Consortium, a group of businesses advocating for cleaner water.

Our clients are why we get to do what we LOVE. At Terra Firma Realty we like to show our appreciation to our clients that trust us with one of the most important transactions they will make. Each year for our current and past clients we have an annual Dessert Day. Clients have the opportunity to choose a pie or pastry made fresh by one of the local bakers.
